BTS with Hike: Boston 2022

Our team kicked off the year with another trip to one of our favorite cities, Boston, where we were excited to partner with Geist Films and Jack Morton to produce video content for Sanofi.

Over the course of a week, our team made two trips to the east coast – once for the location scout and once for the shoot itself. While location scouts are always important, this scout was especially key to understanding the safety of the location we would be filming in, which was an active construction site. Our team inspected the interior and exterior of the building to identify the safest areas for filming, entries and exits, staging areas, etc. and then collaborated with the construction management team on a detailed shooting plan that would enable a safe and effective production. 

While in town, we were excited to be able to work with the team at Rule Boston Camera again, as well as connect with some production friends we made during our 2021 trip to Boston. We also got to do a bit of historical sightseeing on our way to dinner on our last night in town when we went to eat at a restaurant next to Paul Revere’s house.

And, in a true Hike-heads-to-Boston tradition, we ate way too many oysters.
