Looking Back on 2023 and Forward to 2024
And that’s a wrap on 2023! As we wrap up the old year and ring in the new, we like to look back on some of our favorite moments from the past year, and favorite projects. 2023 was filled with lots of fun times and lots of beautiful and unique locations. Here are some of our highlights:
In March we teamed up with our friends at Envoy to produce a commercial for Viasat. Production spanned two days in Austin Texas, filled with an amazing crew, 14 talented talent of all ages, and two locations that we dressed to look like ten unique environments.
We had a blast producing two spots for EOS, complete with a bespoke fabricated “EOS Science Lab” set. These funny, quirky spots featured two “mad scientists” testing various EOS projects in their lab, and won two Davey Awards – one for Art Direction and one for Consumer Products and Services.
Over the course of September and October, we went across the country with Science with Sophie filming a documentary about electric vehicle travel. Sophie and her team drove from LA to Boston and back in a Rivian, meeting new people, assessing the EV infrastructure, and discovering science along the way.
We traveled to San Francisco, CA, Missoula, MT, and New Cumberland, WV for a project with our friends at FleishmanHillard. The project was a patient-focused, story-driven piece for AbbVie, highlighting real people and how AbbVie medicine has been a life changing partner in their healthcare journey.
We partnered with Nature Made to create a suite of videos for social, promoting the brand’s gummy vitamins. Look for the videos in Q1 of 2024!
In November and December we collaborated with GALE to film segments of a documentary for MilkPep. Check back in 2025 for more details!
And we wrapped up the year partnering with Ello to create a video for the launch of the brand’s Pop & Fill water bottle. For this video, we wanted to highlight the fun colors of the bottles, so we crafted monochromatic worlds of yellow, purple, and green to make the products pop.
2023 was a blast, and we’re excited to see what the new year holds! To all our production friends and family, may the new year bring you happiness, and we’re looking forward to seeing you on set in 2024!
